Inclement Weather | Closings & Delays

Due to the winter storm affecting roads and travel throughout the area, our Asheville and Burnsville offices will be CLOSED on Monday, December 10th, and our Marshall location will delay opening until 12:00 PM (noon). We are informed that courthouses will be closed today in Buncombe and Yancey, and the Madison County Courthouse will delay opening until 11:00 AM; all sessions of court are cancelled in those three counties.
